S stands for the activist's story.
M stands for the metaphor symbolizing both meaning and message.
S stands for the synaesthetics of the activist's artistic performance. 

 VISMS is rooted in a concept of radical axiology. 
A values-centric approach that includes scrupulous, rigorous and mindful reflection
leading to a comprehensive critical analysis of the origins, conditions and entanglement  of each specific social problem.  

VISMS is situated within four fields:

1. Political theory
2. Ethics of the world and morals of the individual
3. Aesthetics as perception 
4. Pragmatics as functionality
